Transportation Transportation is provided to clients for medical appointments including eye and hearing exams, dental, and physical exams. Transportation is also provided to important appointments with social security and obtaining ID cards. Medication Compliance Coaching Registered Nurse or Licensed LVN coach clients one on one on the importance of medication compliance. Nurse assists clients in keeping medication logs in order to make physician visits more productive. Family Therapy, Conferences & Consulting When appropriate family members, guardians and significant members of client's life are invited to schedule family therapy sessions or conferences. Families or caregivers seeking additional help with a client's symptom management are encouraged to consult with clinical staff. After hour appointments or phone consultants are available. Early Arrivals Exercise Program Early arrivals participate in a light exercise program. A Registered Nurse or Licensed LVN conducts light chair exercises and educates clients on value of exercise and healthy living habits. Bilingual Staff Therapy and Nursing staff fluent in English and Spanish. Hot Nutritious Balanced Meals RGH-Central Partial Hospital Program celebrates holidays and special events using them as motivational opportunities for clients. Country Store Clients participate in a token economy program to reinforce positive behavior and group participation. Clients earn point and shop at Country Store for treats and basic supplies. |
